Perhaps Bob can help with this wing. I don't remember a lot about it, but I know it is somewhat rare, and it is a very beautiful curved Wing Badge. It is one of Five known, (By Me) Wings of this type.

I wish I could help but I haven't seen this style before. Interesting that it has the officer collar insignia on the center of the shield. Usually you see the US without the periods in between. I like the 3D curvature of the wings.
