Crossed swords Cavalry and hanging on it a small tank, Armor, or armored cavalry?

Doc, you are causing great insult to the members of the midget tack corps. These men-ettes did their part during the war in undersized tanks that shrank after being exposed to the warm waters of the South Pacific. Nobody read the labels, and the damage was "too little", too late to repair. The War Department could not "stretch" the budget for repairs.
