knife marked "Puma" Solingen"

i have what appears to be a boot knife, metal scabbard with hook, marked both Puma and Solingen on the blade below the handguard. can anyone tell me anything about it? [ You are not allowed to view attachments ]

Looks like ww2 German Wehrmacht (Army) Stiefelmesser, or bootknife.
Here's a German website that sells all sorts of militaria. The knife was sold and it didn't say for how much.

Another website, some German was asking the same question as you about three years ago, the going price, back then about 200 and/or about $234.

German WW2 issue knife

Its private purchase WWII era Puma Nahkampfmesser (close combat knife).  Not official Wehrmacht issue but probably the most sought after by German WWII collectors.
