I'm a SAC guy and have always loved bombers.  I had the opportunity to crawl through FIFI once and it was a joy.  Here is some video of start up and landing.  Note the uses of the checlists.

I like that scene in "Strategic Air Command" aboard the mighty B-36 Peacemaker where the crew travel the length of the fuselage through a tunnel whilst lying on a little trolley!

Was able to see FiFi a few times at several air shows.  A majestic aircraft.
