Was this a US Council in the Green Zone or Iraqi Boy Scout Council?

  A soldier from another unit came around asking if anyone was a Scouter and I said yes. He said he was going to try and get a commemorative council patch done and this is what he brought to me at a later date. I cant really say if it had any bearing on scouting in Iraq as far as local youth were concerned... Scott
