Something a little more modern
« on: July 15, 2016, 07:12:08 AM »
These are some of my bring backs from Desert Storm. The 12.7 mm ammo can came off a T-72. I took the CVC out of the back of an abandoned BMP

some signs... the first came out of a command trailer, I think it some sort of sign in/out board. The Danger sign I liberated from a pile at the Port of Dahmam. The Atlas sign came off a truck.

Really nice and often over looked thanks for posting

yes it was. Some tankers found it abandoned and drove it to the Bn TOC...which caused some concern and consternation among the folks there until they realized who was operating it.

Great looking artifacts..

I have a complete set of British made web gear that was brought back.. Will have to start another topic on that gear..

Must have been a pucker factor at the TOC seeing a T-72 rumbling in...
