B5 modified to a B6 flight helmet
« on: January 10, 2016, 07:59:57 AM »
Finally got around to taking some pics of this helmet i have had for a couple of years. This B5 has been modified to the B6 which meant that the Type A9 oxygen mask could be used with it .

My example here is shown with the HB7 headset up , a T30 throat mike which would have been connected to the SW141 push to talk switch , Type B7 goggles and the Type A10a oxygen mask . Im none to sure if this would have been a "preferred " set up , but nonethe less looks pretty cool dont you think ??

The "new" B6 label , sewn over the existing B5 label
