My Personal Display Case which is now home to my wings made by LittleBuddy

A while back Littlebuddy showed some examples of a custom display case that he made using his skills as a carpenter. I was very interested in his work and contacted him and we made and arrangement for a custom case for my wings.

This Thursday the case arrived from England safe and sound, well packed and ready to go.

Here are a few shots of the wings now at home in their new hangar. As I get time I will take closer pictures of each of the wings. I am in the process of cataloging the makers that I have and looking for those makers that I don't have. I have a fondness for 3 inch wings but as you will see in the pictures I also have a large assortment of 2 inch wings as well.

Thanks again Carl for your craftsmanship skills and I hope that the orders for more display cases come pouring in from the members here..

I posted this elsewhere to boost publicity and hopefully a lot of orders will be coming your way..

I will be contacting you about another one after I get some information back about the research I am doing. I just sent away yesterday to see if the records are at NARA. If they have them and I can get them I will be requesting a similar display case. But will let you know.. Probably in a few months..

All the credit is due to Carl...I just had some stuff laying around that fit into the case   

The case is getting some decent exposure on another forum, some great comments about Carl's skills..

I hope that his inbox will be full of requests for custom cases..
