I don't want to take the credit for the idea of the original 100 members being Plankowers, I just followed Kohima's suggestion!!

Plankowners! I thank you for your williness to give us a chance and your continued support. There may be room for a few more as I go over our memberlist. We have some that are suspected spammers or have not come back since requesting membership.

You are all an appreciated part of building this forum and I look forward to some increased posting and suggestions.

I will also get with FL, to see what else we can come up with to show our appreciation to the founding 100.

I have made updates to our PLANKOWNER criteria and the list has changed accordingly. The Plankowner list for the most part will stay as it is now, 55 members total. The list better reflects those who have made contributions to the forum and remained relatively active during our first year. There is some other recognition in the works but until it is out of prototype stage, it will remain a mystery. Just know, we appreciate everyone's participation in the forum and look forward to many years of growth as a community of collectors. Congrats to our Plankowners!

   Well guys, its time for the annual look at the numbers. We are nearly at 400 members and discussions have remained civil, thought provoking, and down right interesting! Congrats to FL for hanging in there and letting the forum grow at its own pace. Who knows, maybe we will hit 500 in 2017!  Scott

Thank you for bringing this thread back to top. We have had slow, but continual growth on our forum. At present we have 370 members, and a good core of active members.

Our froum is different from others that require fees and solicitations for profit. We will continue to grow as collectors and historians find us, we have all the time in the world.
