The Detroit Collection

Some of you may have seen this before, but Ive made some adjustments to the " Detroit Collection" and hope you enjoy. If anyone wants a closer picture of anything, please let me know.

This table has a collection of uniforms that I recently purchased direct from the estate of a Tuskegee Airman from Southfield, Michigan. Captain Walter M Downs. His Officers jacket, Ike, M43, musette, patches, binocs, etc. There is a 4th Officers jacket not displayed yet.

Thanks Scott! Displaying this stuff is about 1/2 of the fun for me, i really enjoy it. And yeh... sure, we can schedule a pickup for the 32nd sometime in 2025?

You have joined the group of members that know how to make an entrance! Very nicely displayed and impressive collection.

I see some 2ID items, do you have anything to 38th Inf Regt Soldiers? I am not as greedy as the rest, just always looking for information on my guys and will just wait for the estate sale ;)
