Glad to have found the AMF
« on: October 30, 2016, 10:39:55 AM »
Hi all, I see many familiar names from the USMF here, so I decided to stick with my handle from there too   :) ....and to be perfectly honest I'm not creative enough to come up with a clever new name  ;)

I'm based in Canada and my main interest is US M-1 helmets with a specific focus on airborne pieces, but like many others I can be easily swayed by shiny objects and neat or cool pieces of militaria that are unique.

I'm glad to have come across this forum, but it is dangerous territory as I'm sure I didn't need yet another Internet forum to spend time on  ::)

We have many members who have changed their handles when joining this forum. I understand when moderators and administrators do it, but I guess there is some element of fear for the members.
