WASP
« on: August 10, 2017, 08:07:57 PM »
Thought some of you might like seeing one of the "Holy Grails" in my collection.  It is a complete uniform that belonged to WASP Patricia Kenworthy, Class of 44-5.   The leather A-2 is a modern Cooper jacket that may have been used for reunions and/or air shows.

A very rare set to have, certainly the pinnacle of female WWII items. I set up the exhibit of Marie Mountain Clark for the Yankee Air Museum several years ago. She saved everything and was a member of the Caterpillar Club saving both her lapel pin and documents as well as the rip cord!    Scott
Always looking for 32nd Division items and 13th Armored Division items. Please keep me in mind if you have any.
